I am an English Literature graduate who has been tutoring and supporting students for 5 years. I am currently up to date with the GCSE English curriculum and primary school teaching methods of English.

I am currently training to be a Speech and Language Therapist, therefore I have an in-depth understanding of both child and adolescent language development. Through improving my students` basic language skills, I work to build a strong language foundation that will set them up for great results and a stronger grasp of English. I am trained in multiple methods of language development such as narrative therapy, colourful semantics, and active reading.

I always take a varied approach to my tutoring, not just sticking to textbooks but also playing games and utilising online platforms. This keeps my students engaged and excited about their learning. I am always friendly and approachable with my students offering structured but fun tutoring sessions that allow progress as well as enjoyment.

I am also an experienced tutor of dyslexic students, working as a student support officer throughout my time at university. On top of this, I also am trained in Hanen meaning I am specialised in working with autistic and ADHD students.

Availability: I am available all evenings and weekends.

I have supported EYES - Year 4 students offering phonic interventions, EAL interventions, and maths tutoring.
I am currently working with children aged 3-18 who have speech and language difficulties.
