I am a fully-qualified science teacher, a PhD in Chemistry from University of St Andrews and having Qualified teacher status (QTS). I worked as a research scientist in University of Liverpool. I am highly qualified and quite competent in A Level Chemistry and KS3 and GCSE (Chemistry, Biology and Physics).

Experience: 12 Years of experience teaching KS3 and GCSE (Chemistry, Biology and Physics) and A Level Chemistry in London.
I am full aware of students` difficulties, common pattern of their errors. I have got special methods to deal with students difficulties in subjects. In couple of lessons there will be a significant level of boost in students` self-confidence. They will develop `can do attitude`. There will be a observable difference in students` progress in very short period or after couple of lessons.

Dr Thushitha is an exceptional teacher who goes out of her way to challenge my children in their academics. My children love her to bits. They love her style of teaching and they tell me she is the best because she is able to explain difficult concepts in physics, chemistry and biology in a more simpler and engaging manner. Since attending Dr Thushitha`s tuition, my children`s confidence has increased and they are able to do independent reading and learning in the process. My 2 children attends her tuition weekly and she give homework and sets test for them to check and monitor their progress and feedback to parents. I cannot fault her because I have seen significant improvement in my children learning. We started tuition Sept 2019 and we are still with her. Recommended her to a friend and her daughter said good and lovely things about Dr Thushitha to her mum. Happy children and Happy mum.
