I`m a passionate Maths and Sciences GCSE tutor and I am currently studying Medicine at the University Of East Anglia. I have completed BSc Biomedical Sciences and MSci Molecular Genetics at King`s College London. I have studied maths and the three sciences (biology, chemistry and physics) at A levels that increased my enthusiasm for the sciences. During A levels and GCSE, I had grasped the content of the subjects very well by making clear notes and searching for different questions to try and solve them. This helped me develop my knowledge and so I obtained good grades. I always go through the content of the subject first in order to understand every detail that is needed to be learned. Also it is important for a student to understand the concept first hence why I explain the meaning behind a certain theory and why it is done. Further, the concept is followed by a set of questions which allows me to gain an idea about the amount of content that is learned by the student. In case a certain detail is unclear, I always ensure that it is clear and the student understands it fully. Repetition is key in A levels and GCSE and so I would provide the student with more questions to further develop their knowledge. This is an essential method that I had learnt at A levels and GCSE to get good grades and would immensely help other students as well!

Experience: I have tutored many students over 3 years while teaching subjects such as Biology, Chemistry and Maths for both GCSE and A level. My main focus is to teach the three sciences and Maths to GCSE and A-level students. They have been satisfied with my teaching style as I go through the content first and make them understand it. I also provide them with questions to reinforce their learning along with giving them additional support by giving homework and some exam questions. I believe that repetition is the key to learning and so with these methods students will be able to achieve better grades.
