I am an independent singer-songwriter, performer and a musician with a degree in Maths and Music from Keele University. Studying mathematics and music at a high level has given me the skills that are needed to communicate on the same level with pupils, as well as the understanding of educational and academic goals. I have experience in preparing for examinations and the ability to relay this experience to young people. Having experience teaching music and maths to family and relatives, as well as a strong background in team sports and performance, the natural talent of motivation and encouragement are instilled in me and provide the necessary drive to deliver quality education to young people.
I provide tutoring in the following areas: piano (contemporary and classical), electric guitar, voice (contemporary, choral and individual), grade 5 music theory, analysis, composition, arrangement, performance. GCSE mathematics and lower levels for ages 5 and above, as well as AS/A level mathematics.
My management, performance and customer service background have prepared me with excellent people skills, and I trust my uplifting and compassionate personality will be very suited for tutoring. I very much look forward to helping young musicians and mathematicians grow and find happiness and fulfilment in their crafts.
My experience in acting, performing and promotion have prepared me with the skills and desire to needed interact with people and connect with them to make them willing to learn.

Availability: Available from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7pm

Experience: I have had the pleasure of teaching at least 60 students to play guitar and piano and I have also conducted a number of singing classes for children. My range of clients is quite vast with my oldest student being in his 60s and my youngest being 3. I am able to communicate well with a number of different types of students and get the best out of them

From teaching maths and music I have learnt a lot and I am eagerly looking to bringing some new students in.
