Information about Niam
I have recently graduated from the University of Birmingham for Medicine and I am working as a Junior Doctor (FY1) at Watford General Hospital. As an ex student at Queen Elizabeth`s School for Boys I have an enthusiasm for learning which stems from my deep desire to achieve success. I have a fondness for teaching and have so for long periods of time. As well as teaching I enjoy to play football and I also thoroughly enjoy travelling.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have taught numerous students at QE boys and have aided them throughout with GCSE English and GCSE/A-Level Sciences also. This has involved me coordinating lesson plans and detailed presentations for classes of up to 12 pupils. Having been through the stress of exams, I have also held numerous study groups and sessions in order to aid pupils further. I have also taught Year 7 and Year 9 pupils on a one-to-one basis in a range of subjects including Biology, English and Chemistry. I have also tutored IGCSE Chemistry students on a one-to-one basis. Moreover, whilst at University I was involved in creating and conducting teaching sessions for medical students in 3rd and 4th year in both the classroom and hospital environments.
