Helga

Helga is a fully qualified and certified translator and interpreter for German and a member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI). Born in a German-speaking region in Italy, she attended a Grammar school with an emphasis on Natural Sciences. She completed a Master`s degree in Translation (English & Italian into German) and a Master`s degree in Interpreting (English & Italian into German) at Innsbruck University, Austria, which included modules on MFL teaching. Having moved to the UK in 2005, she embarked on a career as a freelance linguist specialising on science subjects and obtained a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the Open University.
