I am a dedicated and enthusiastic online English tutor and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. I have a BA and MA in Literature from the Open University and PhD in Literature from Nottingham Trent University. I am also an examiner of CIE IGCSE English and home educator of a young family member. My lessons are informal and stimulating. I am a good listener and accept a wide range of students including SEN. I am able to teach all levels.

Experience: I have been a home educator since 2010 and have taught Key stages 1,2,3 and 4. I also tutor CIE IGCSE English and Edexcel IGCSE English. I am an examiner of CIE IGCSE English and have much experience in preparing students for exams. I have also been a judge of BBC Radio Two`s `500 Words` children`s short story competition since 2012 and a volunteer for the National Literacy Trust`s Summer Reading Challenge for children since 2010.
