I believe the best learning happens when a student is genuinely interested in what they’re learning.

With 11 years of tutoring experience and an enhanced DBS certificate, I’ve had the privilege of working with students of all ages and abilities, building long-term relationships with families who have continued to trust me with their education. I teach both in person and online, and many of my students have become loyal, long-standing clients.

Coming from a family of teachers, education has always been a huge part of my life. I’m passionate about getting to know each student as an individual — discovering what motivates them, what they’re curious about and what makes them tick — and then tailoring lessons around those interests.

My teaching style is flexible, engaging and results-driven. Whether a student needs to build confidence, overcome a particular challenge, prepare for an important exam, achieve higher grades, or simply rediscover their enjoyment of learning, I adapt my approach to suit them.

I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and thinking for themselves. My aim isn’t simply to help them remember information for a test, but to develop genuine understanding, confidence and independence.

After 11 years, the most rewarding part of tutoring remains seeing that moment when something finally clicks — when a student goes from “I don’t understand this” to “Oh, I get it!”
