Information about Charles
I have a BA (Hons) in Classics from the University of Oxford, followed by an MA in Classics from King`s College London, for which I received a Distinction.
I have been a tutor since September 2013. I started teaching professionally in January 2015. I have taught Classics at Dulwich College (Jan-July 2015) and Colfe`s School (Sept 2015-Aug 2016). Since September 2016 I have taught Classics at Pimlico Academy, and since February 2017 I am Head of Classics there.
As opposed to classroom teaching, one on one tuition really offers the opportunity to tailor my teaching to the individual tutee`s strengths (and weaknesses).
Availability: School holidays, 9am - 7pm.

Experience: I am a successful professional teacher of Latin, Ancient Greek, Ancient History, and Classical Civilisation. Since September 2013 I have tutored Latin and Greek and since February 2014 English language and literature:
- All Latin GCSE tutees have received A*s.
- All tutees for English common entrance have been successful.
- All tutees experienced at least a two grade increase, with most achieving >90% in end of year exams.
