I have studied in the US, Germany and the UK, where I completed my PhD in computer science with a strong background in mathematics. Throughout my studies I have worked as a teaching assistant supervising undergraduates and helping them understand difficult topics in computer science and math. I have spent a lot of time during lockdown teaching my own children mathematics (KS3 and GCSE). I love the subject as well as explaining and exploring it with others. I view math as a difficult but loveable subject and definitely worth the work and I enjoy working with people of all types and abilities. I aim to explain things clearly and simply while encouraging others to explore their own ideas.

Experience: I have studied computer science and taken several math classes at the University level. I have also helped with teaching and grading the work of undergraduate students. In addition, I have taught my own children math for KS3 and GCSE (AQA), so I am familiar with these syllabuses.
