I love making learning fun and helping pupils fulfil their potential! I am patient, encouraging and very happy to break tasks down step by step to secure understanding. I’m a fully qualified primary teacher with 16 years experience in education. My specialist subjects are English, 11+, history, maths, reasoning and Spanish. I am also qualified to teach English to adults (CELTA Pass A level). I have a strong academic background, including graduating from Oxford University with a 2:1 in Modern History. I have spent the last seven years teaching in a respected London prep school and have experience of getting children into some of the top schools in London. My hobbies are reading, creative writing, travel and cooking.

I have substantial experience preparing children for 11+ and entrance exams, including 7 years teaching years 4-7 in English, maths, history and reasoning at a prestigious London Prep School and 5 years previously running tuition centres in Oxford and High Wycombe. In addition, I have a CELTA qualification in teaching English as an additional language.
