I teach because I love it. I tutor because it gives me the freedom to do so in a manner that best suits my students as individuals, rather than using a one-fits-most approach.

Whatever the subject, our age or ability, we all have room to improve. So whether we`re working to strengthen your reading and writing, clarify your understanding of plots and themes, or sharpen your exam skills for those crucial extra few marks, I`m here to support and challenge you.

Experience: I`ve been teaching and tutoring English in schools, mosques and homes for 8 years. I`ve spent the last 3 years working, primarily, as an assistant language teacher in 3 junior high schools in Japan. Prior to that, I spent 2 years as the sole English teacher at a small, private secondary school, delivering the English Literature and Language GCSE specifications and the KS3 English curriculum.
