Hi there! I graduated a few years ago with a 2.1 BA Hons degree in English with Creative Writing. I`m passionate about supporting people to enjoy and succeed in English as a subject. I also have A Level education in French.

I work for the University of Leeds and am based in Moortown. I am passionate about supporting young people in learning, and so have a flexible approach to delivering tutoring as the most important thing is to ensure it is appropriate for the learner.

Availability: Monday - Thursday from 6.00pm

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have a bachelor degree in English with Creative Writing, and A Levels in English, French and History.
I am also an experienced recruiter, so I can offer support in writing applications and succeeding in interviews.
In the past academic year (2018-19) I worked with two students for GCSE English, one for beginner French and Creative Writing, and a group of adult learners in French. Both GCSE English students ultimately achieved higher grades following our one to one work. My other students were not working towards formal qualification.
