Information about Heidi
I have worked with local students of all ages, abilities and am very experienced with reluctant learners. I use a variety of strategies to keep your child fully engaged and motivated and aim to raise confidence at any level. Experience with adult learners also and ESOL learners.
I can also teach on line lessons using Zoom video conferencing so one to one lessons are even easier as you don`t need to be local.
Availability: Any time weekdays.

Experience: I am an experienced English teacher who has taught in Wirral schools for over 10 years and 11+. I can teach KS3, GCSE and A level English Language. I also have examined GCSE for many years. I have also taught ESOL and adult learners.
I have had many years working with students that have additional needs such as Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, ADD, mental health and including students with EHCPs.
I am confident that I can adapt to meet your needs and work hard to boost any student`s confidence and grades in English. I work at different paces for different needs and always encourage a positive relationship with students from the start.

We used Heidi for 3 tutoring sessions as our circumstances changed, but for the sessions we did have- Heidi was always on time, understanding of our needs, did good lesson preparation, and my brother said that he learnt lots from the sessions he had. No doubt this has given him a good headstart. Thanks Heidi.
