Hello, my name is Heena and I currently live in Solihull. I have a passion for biology, microbiology and have over 10 years of experience in the field. I am new to online tutoring but have a strong work ethic and drive for teaching.

Availability: Weekday evenings between 6-9pm.

Experience: I studied BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science at the St George`s University of London, followed by a MSc in Medical Microbiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Sussex/Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
During my PhD I was an associate tutor, this involved teaching for tutorials and demonstrations for the practical aspects of most MSc and BSc programmes in the school of life sciences.
Since completing my PhD in Biochemistry in 2018, I have completed two postdocs in the field of microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology, biology and biochemistry. I published my research throughout my academic career in peer reviewed journals and have now decided to take on a managerial role within a laboratory.
