Very experienced teacher and recent, former Head of Department. Tutoring for all aspects of Business and Economics up to A-Level.

I am very patient, good humoured, and form positive working relationships with students and parents alike whatever their needs, whether this is getting to grasp with a difficult subject(s) or aiming for a top grade.

While I do charge for the first lesson, initial consultations and meeting are of course free.

Please note I am a wheelchair user so my very strong preference is to teach you at my home. I would travel short distances if appropriate however if there is wheelchair access at the student`s / parent`s home - this would depend on the location as I don`t drive - the preference is to teach at my house, in a quiet residential area.

Availability: Preferably Monday to Friday, evening or day.

Would consider weekend tuition under special circumstances.

Experience: 10 Years as a successful Head of Department at a top 100 independent school, I only left this post in August 2016 in order to take a career break.

Experience of teaching A-Level Business, and Economics for 20 years. Have also taught to GCSE level. I have many years experience as an examiner at A-Level.
