As a primary school teacher with 10 years experience in an outstanding school and three years as an online and face-to-face tutor, I have the skills to get the best out of any child.

I love working with children across the primary age range including those who find learning challenging and have learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD. I passionately believe that given the correct one-to-one tuition, all children can develop strategies to get the most out of their learning. This has enabled me to prepare children effectively for the end of Year 1 phonics test as well as KS1 and KS2 SATs.

As an approachable, compassionate and friendly teacher, I enjoy building positive relationships to help develop young minds whilst having fun along the way. My use of a multisensory approach enables more challenging areas to be both unpicked and embedded in order to aid understanding.

Availability: My working hours are 07:30-18:30 Monday to Friday during term time (including Inset days) and throughout the majority of the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.

Experience: I have worked across the entire primary age range from Year R (Foundation Stage) to Year 6.

Alongside teaching the broad range of abilities amongst these children, I have developed my knowledge of teaching pupils with dyslexia, ADHD and both associated and stand-alone short-term memory difficulties.
