I am a French native speaker. I grew up in Normandy and moved to the UK in 1998 where I qualified to be a language teacher. The tuition can take place in the comfort of your house, at no extra cost.
No more about me :) Private tuitions are about you and how you learn, what you want to learn and why.
Depending on people, objectives, hobbies, I bring French magazines, newspapers and we can also cook or bake in French/Spanish. We can simply go back to the basics !

Experience: I have been teaching at primary, secondary and higher level (A Level). I have also helped children/students with learning difficulties. If you fancy brushing up your French, you are welcome to contact me as well. Even if you studied it a while ago, it is still there somewhere!

Stephanie is an absolutely brilliant tutor. She tailors her lessons to exactly what you need and tries out lots of different things. She`s very patient and is excellent at explaining things. I think she would be a great tutor at every level of French, whether it be grammatical or conversational or both. I was very specific in that I just wanted a bit of conversational French to be able to go into a shop or restaurant or go to the market and not panic when I get asked a question and I don`t understand. She`s given me so much more confidence and I now feel able to understand so much more than I did before, I also feel that my accent and understanding of how French words are formed is much much better. We did some cooking using a recipe in French and she gave me instructions in French, enabling me to learn basic words for kitchen utensils and ingredients. She also taught me a lot about French culture, especially the food culture! I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a French tutor, whether it`s for an adult or a child.
