I am currently working full-time at a private school, established 1764 (HMC), Independent Day School (over 1200 students year 3 -13). As a teacher of mathematics, I have taught across the full range, year 7 to 13, and ability range including IGCSE, FSMQ (Free Standing Maths Qualification), A-Level and Further Maths. Taught all different modules in further maths, including core pure, stats, mechanics, discrete and further pure. To help supporting my A –level teaching role I have also been an external examiner, Team Leader, for the Edexcel A-level Mechanics paper since 2009.

Availability: Weekdays evening and all day weekend.

Experience: I am very passionate about mathematics, I have graduated with First Class BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. I have a strong record of getting the best out of the students I have taught which has been reflected in their exam performance. I currently mentor our Oxbridge candidates, by helping them with MAT (Oxford) and STEP (Cambridge) exam preparation and also, I do mock Interviews for Oxbridge candidates from other Harpur Trust schools. I am very sensitive to the performance and self-esteem of the children in my care, whether this is in a Maths classroom or a Tutor room.
