Hi there

I`m a highly qualified and experienced mathematics teacher/tutor with a 1st class Bsc in Mathematics and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I am also head of maths and director of science at a local sixth form college and have taught students from secondary and sixth form for many years.

I am offering maths tutoring for students of all ages and abilities. I have a long list of past tutees who have made excellent progress and have achieved fantastic results with my help, all of which have written very positive references that you are more than welcome to read.

I am regarded as being very friendly and patient with students, always making them feel at ease and most importantly, very good at explaining difficult concepts in an easy-to-understand way.

My rates are higher than other local maths tutors, however I think you really do get what you pay for. Because of the fact that I have a vast amount of experience, passion and specialist knowledge in teaching and tutoring mathematics and also a very good knack for getting students to understand tricky concepts, I am far more efficient than some less experienced tutors and so students will learn more in less time. I also have specific exam tactics that i use to offer students the best chance of getting the desired results they would like in the required time frame.
