Information about Eva

Hello !

I am a French native speaker with teaching and tutoring experience. I recently qualified as a teacher after doing a PGCE at the University of Bristol and I am currently working in a school teaching French part time.

I came to England four years ago after graduating in Modern Languages and Translation Studies in English and Spanish.
I have experience tutoring children, teenagers and adults.

I can teach at all levels, whether you just want topping up for an exam, want to start from the beginning or would like to practice conversational French.

I hold a DBS Check and I have a police clearance certificate.

Availability: I am available in Bristol any evening of the week as well as Monday and Wednesday afternoons until the end of June. I am available any time in the summer due to it being school holidays. For more flexibility I am also very interested in online tutoring.

Willing to travel: 4 miles

Experience: I am a French native speaker.

I qualified as a teacher in July after obtaining my PGCE (secondary) with the University of Bristol. This year I have been a French teacher to students from Y7 to Y13 and a French tutor to students from Y4 to adults.

I have 4 years of experience as a teaching assistant in various schools in Lancashire, Yorkshire and Bristol where I have been working mainly with students from Y10 to Y13, helping them prepare in individual or small group sessions for GCSE and A level exams.

I also tutor bilingual speakers (French and English). Back in France, while studying for my degree in translation, I used to help two primary school pupils with their homework as a voluntary worker twice a week.
