Lesson Information : I am looking to begin group teaching but do not have a venue. I am willing to teach your child for free if you are willing to host a group in your home. Group size: - 4 children (£20 each) + host child (free) We can start with a minimum of two paying children (+ host child) to start a group and add other children onto the group in future. Group size will not exceed 5 children (including the child of the hosting family). Lesson Structure: I will bring a laptop to the lesson, which I will use to aid teaching using online resources (powerpoints, videos etc). All links to websites and other resources will be attached in an email along with all homework for that week. I am an incredibly prepared tutor who has good communication with parents at all times and with ten years of experience in the education field, my teaching will not disappoint. My style is to cater lessons to the child`s needs - teaching for knowledge rather than to test (although we go over good exam techniques also). Children should be of similar ability levels in the group and if a child is not suited to that group, I`ll advise the parents of the best course of action so that they don`t waste their money. I am based in the Alexandra Palace / Crouch End / Wood Green area. I don`t mind travelling a little in this radius as long as it`s not longer than an hour by bus. I am available weekdays and Saturdays. I have 1:1 sessions running also, so please contact me for more specifics.
