Friendly and approachable with a sense of humour. First Class BA History from Bolton, Upper Merit MA Modern European History from Manchester. Accepted to study PhD at Manchester. DfE professional skills tests for literacy and numeracy passed.
Availability: Evenings and weekends as I also work full time.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Dad of 2. BA, MA. Volunteer classroom assistant since 2014 covering all primary years one-to-one and in groups, mainly maths and literacy but my main interest is History, particularly 20th century but any History is fascinating to me!! I know 🤓;

Has had a very positive impact on my daughters confidence with her maths. She looks forward to seeing john every week and has really improved in the short space of time of having lessons with him.

John is proving to be excellent for my grandson. They appear to have `jelled` for the want of a better word. John is doing some good work with Oliver and seems to be giving him confidence. Very pleased with the work so far and Oliver looks forward to seeing him. Will definatley recommend John .
