I am presently reading for my degree in ‘Sociology with Statistics’ at Bristol University and I am interested in pursuing a career in human rights law. I am highly motivated to achieve and this, combined with my creative and thoughtful approach to my studies, means I made excellent academic progress at Godalming College, where I completed my A-Levels. I am highly organised which allows me to manage my time effectively. I set myself targets and strive to achieve them. I am an enthusiastic, friendly and confident individual. I am used to achieving the very highest standards. I enjoy learning and would welcome the opportunity to further my skills and work experience through tutoring.

Availability: My availability is flexible due to working from home for the foreseeable future. COVID-19 has meant that I am completing my university studies remotely. With this in mind, I`m happy to continue tutoring on an online basis i.e. via Skype or Zoom. Timings can be flexible depending on your availability.

Experience: I achieved 3 A*`s at A-Level in Maths, English Language and Art, as well as 10 A*`s at GCSE. My commitment to, and experience within, education makes me an ideal tutor candidate.

In terms of tutoring, I`ve volunteered with secondary school students who lived in challenging circumstances during my final year of college. I ran weekly tutor sessions in small groups helping students to reach their targets and achieve a pass in their English GCSE.

I have also taken part in schemes such as the reading buddy and sports leader schemes so mentoring other students comes naturally to me. Additionally, I`m currently mentoring minority students in Bristol to help them with University decisions and UCAS applications. If this is something you`re interested in, please let me know!
