My approach: working through current understanding, learning new concepts and testing them, applying them for exam questions, gaining an understanding of real life applications, trying extension questions and finally reviewing, learning and building techniques for revision and exams. I find that gaining confidence goes a long way to achieve the necessary skills in science & maths helps achieve desired goals. So understanding my students, building structure, routines and a supportive learning environment is also important.
I can tailor lessons to any specific goals in your or your child`s learning journey - such as revision before exams, helping through classwork, homework or reinforcing certain areas of the curriculum.
I can also help to prepare for the Primary - 11+ maths and general maths SATS
