Information about Philip
I am currently a teacher in a secondary school in Colchester who has been teaching maths for over 22 years. I am a fully qualified teacher with a degree (BSc) in Maths and Computer Science.
Availability: Weds to Fri Evenings after 4pm. Weekends.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I offer tutoring up to secondary school aged students (up to GCSE) in Maths. I have taught GCSE maths for many years and can help both Foundation Level and Higher-Level students improve their grades. I work with students to fill in gaps in their knowledge and can work with students on topics they find more challenging and also assist with preparation for GCSE exams by helping with past papers and exam questions.
Some students also like to have support with topics they are currently covering in their school maths lessons to help them feel more confident in class and I can certainly help with this as well.
