I`d really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go that extra mile for my students to succeed. In 2011 I changed my career to focus on teaching and training having spent eleven years in the e-learning sector designing and implementing training programs for the armed forces. I have a military background in the Royal Navy. I have a keen interest in mathematics and web based learning programs. I also teach acoustic and classical guitar.

Availability: The only time I have available at the moment is during the day Monday to Friday. All after school slots and evening slots have been taken.

Experience: I attained my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Hull University in 2013. Since then I`ve taught Mathematics in schools in the Humber region including St Bede`s Academy in Scunthorpe and Andrew Marvel College in Hull. I`ve tutored for the past 4 years and have achieved great results with my students helping them pass their GCSE`s and SAT tests.

I offer Mathematics tuition for students working towards their GCSE`s as well as students studying KS2 and KS3. I also teach English at KS2 and provide support for students working towards 11+ entrance exams and SATs.

I`ve been performing and teaching acoustic and classical guitar for almost twenty years. I teach to a graded system using the London College of Music Syllabus.
