I offer tutoring to individuals and groups, online, in French (all levels) and maths (up to A level).
For me being a good teacher is making learning fun, prioritising information to focus on what is most useful to know which ensures fast and steady progress, and helping students stay connected to the reasons why they want to learn a language or practice a skill.
As a teacher I am patient and clear I can adapt my lessons to the student`s learning style and goals.
I have experience tutoring GCSE and KS3 students in the UK as well as adult learners.
In French, I can do exam preparation as well as basics of French, conversation or literature/cultural sessions.
In maths I can help with homework, supplement school classes or do a full course based on the UK curriculum.

Availability: With the coronavirus pandemic I only do online lessons, and am available everyday from 1pm.

Experience: I am 29 and have a Masters in Management from ESSEC Grande Ecole and. Masters in Social Work from the University of York.
I worked in marketing, consulting, project management and research and evaluation for private companies then the third sector.
After several years of volunteering in a prison, hospital, and for a young people helpline I decided to take on a frontline role that would bring some positive change in society and retrained as a mental health social worker. I have been enjoying this very much.
