I am a highly ambitious and outgoing person who excels in new experiences and opportunities. I graduated from Mary Immaculate College in Ireland with a double major in English and Psychology. I have been living in London for the past three years and I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and have a great passion for teaching. I would love the opportunity to continue my tutoring experiences.

Experience:
I have had a lot of experience tutoring in the past few years:
First of all, I am a English teacher in a secondary school in Islington. I teach all year groups (years 7-11) and have had experience tutoring many students 1:1 outside of my teaching hours.
In recent years, I completed a TEFL course which enabled me to teach English as a foreign language. I tutored one 8 year old child and a man in his 50`s while I was studying in Spain in my 3rd Year of University while on Erasmus.
I worked in a prestegious International Summer camp in Switzerland for 3 years where children came from all over the world to learn English. There, I taught English and organised activities for children ranging from the ages 6-12.
2 years ago, I worked in a school setting as a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School which has offered me the unique experience to deal with children who are less able or need extra attention in certain subjects. I work with some students on a 1:1 basis which I believe greatly enhances their learning. I also set up a `Homework Club` where students can come and get help with their homework if needed. I tutored GCSE students weekly during that year also. Finally, I worked as part of a tutoring group for Platanos College which tutored GCSE English on the weekends.
