Information about Elisha
I have recently finished my A-Levels in 2019 where I received ABC. I am looking to help tutor other students doing GCSE English Literature as I have learnt many skills from doing it in both GCSE and A-Levels. I received a 9 in English Literature at GCSEs. I have worked very hard over the last 4 years to get my grades and would love to help students who are struggling and looking for some extra help. I think I am a very collective, calm and supportive person who is just looking to help someone improve their grades, help build their confidence in English and make their time at school a bit easier!
I am also looking to help A-Level Psychology students too, who are perhaps struggling to learn the content or master the skills needed to get the marks on exams. I would love, therefore, to help a student who may be struggling and make the idea of exams a little easier for them.
Availability: I am available after school (anytime after 3pm) throughout the weekdays expect Wednesdays and Fridays and am happy to meet anywhere that is easiest for you. It can be your home, a public place or if you can travel to my house, that would also be great. I can also meet on a Sunday if you are struggling for time throughout the week.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Whilst I have only just finished my own studying, I have learnt many skills from doing both GCSEs and A-Levels and would like to use those skills I have learnt to help others who may not have them. I was lucky enough to have two amazing teachers at GCSE and A-Levels, both of which helped me personally at lunch times and after schools so that I could have as much help as I needed, therefore, I am aware of how to help other English students too. I also had tutoring for two years throughout GCSEs for English so I have picked up the best ways to help a student learn the appropriate skills to apply to essay writing, analysing and annotating.

We have been so fortunate to find a friendly tutor who knows the current system of GCSEs , she seems to know exactly what my daughter needs to learn. We look forward to the next tuition.
