Sam is kind and professional she really makes you feel comfortable and gets to learn about you, she also devised a great study plan catered to what is best for me. We have worked out our availabilities with much ease and shes very responsive. I`m learning so much faster and with actual guidance on how I will become more fluent at Cantonese. Im having a great time learning and would recommend ++

Samantha is friendly, kind-hearted and warm.

The quality of content is good for those are beginners to Cantonese and for language learners who would also like to refresh their language skills. Any difficulties, Samantha is willing to help, listen and observe how you pronounce your tones. She is happy to ask which areas you did not understand and provide correction(s) if needed. You are welcome to ask her questions, it is good practice for a language learner to ask questions to maximise your learning experience.

Tests are provided too so you can definitely reap the benefit from the learning materials. Materials are always adapted and improvised so you can request materials that best suits your learning.I highly recommend to those who are beginners, elementary and intermediate. There are a good foundation that can be learnt from Samantha and dependent on how motivated and independent a language learner is, you can become fluent relatively quick.

Choosing a right teacher takes time, as expectations of day schedules, learning style, temperament plays a critical role. I choose Samantha because her response and commitment to work with my time schedule was not an issue. The purpose of my lessons is that I have travel plans and tickets booked to travel to Hong Kong, China, Japan and Korea. Cantonese is one of the languages I have been learning throughout amongst Mandarin, Korean and Japanese.

The cognitive benefits of learning or improving another language is better when one communicates to someone from a different culture, background and native environment who can provide constructive feedback. Only then you realise how the experience could be enriched by applying the learning you go through and the benefits of knowing the other person`s language and thoughts.

Overall, my experience with Samantha has always been fun as I learn effectively when it is fun. Learning should always be fun, always. Thank you Samantha, and wish you all the best in everything.

Fantastic tutor, very patient and understanding of a very novice student (myself). I would really recommend Samantha for any beginner on both a casual or business level. 5 stars!
