As a medical student at the University of Bristol and former student of The Henrietta Barnett School, I`m an aspiring doctor currently between specialities including academia, psychiatry and acute medicine. Along the way, I`ve taken pleasure in instructing and accompanying my students in their progression, spanning from KS2 to 11 plus and extending up to A-Levels. I`m extremely passionate about teaching and I aspire to impart the same passion for my subjects to my students. I am keen to tailor my approach to match my students` curiosity and preferred learning methods.

Experience: I`ve been a tutor for 5-6 years involving experience with ages between 8 and 18. I`ve assisted my students in achieving successful applications to Russell group universities as well as top marks amongst their cohort. I believe I`ve built a good rapport with all my clients and hope to continue this.

Additionally, I teach/ coach Korean students in English, focusing on enhancing their native-like pronunciation, refining grammar, expanding vocabulary, and honing paraphrasing skills through articles provided+written by myself. I design pre-lesson exercises to facilitate thoughtful responses from students. After this, I pose targeted questions and record my students` answers in verbatim. A comprehensive discussion follows where I offer insightful suggestions and corrections to enhance the learning experience. This dynamic approach not only boosts confidence but also cultivates familiarity with the English language among non-native speakers. I adapt this approach to children too!
