Information about Matthew
I’m an approachable and easy going teacher, but work hard with pupils to get the results they deserve.
Availability: During term time I’m available on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s after 18:00
During school holiday’s I’m more flexible as I’m available for tutoring during the week.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have a PGCE in Design Technology and a degree in Fine Art. I`m in my 7th year of teaching, focusing on Electronics and Resistant Materials for key stage 3. I lead GCSE (KS4) Resistant Materials and Product Design A-Level (KS5)
I have lots of experience with AQA and EDQUAS Design and Technology and I have a superb pass rate for GCSE and A Level.
I also teach graphics and CAD / CAM, using 2D Design, PRO Desktop and Photoshop. Prior to teaching I worked as a kitchen designer.
