Highly experienced teacher of junior/secondary aged children up to A level.
I returned to the UK in 2017 after teaching for 6 years near Barcelona, Spain. Apart from teaching several subjects in English, I have had success in teaching English as a foreign language.

I have had success teaching French to a fast track student aged 14 years who achieved a grade 8 at GCSE, 2 other students achieving grade 9 at GCSE level and year 7 and 8 pupils who have greatly improved their classroom performance in tests and exams.

My teaching of French is fun and I have a natural accent. My lessons are focused on speaking but I am happy to teach all th e necessary grammar skills at all levels.

Whether you want to learn French for holidays or moving to France, or need help with school exams , I can help in a relaxed and fun way.

I am DBS certified.

Availability: At the moment I have availability during the day and most evenings.

Experience: I have worked in all sectors of education: state schools, private schools and in an International school. I have also run my own Theatre in Education company.The subjects I offer are English, Drama, Art, French,Spanish, History and English as a foreign language.
