Maya

Hi my name is Maya. Ive just finished my Chemical Engineering degree with a First at the University of Nottingham. In A-levels I achieved 2A* and and A in maths, biology and chemistry respectively. I also gained 8A* and 2A At GCSE’s.

Availability: I am very flexible and fit the sessions around the student.

Experience: During my A-levels I tutored at a tutoring company. Here I tutored upto and including GCSE Maths with the new number system. I have also privately tutored one on one, again up to GCSE level. At Northampton High School I also took part in the number partners scheme where we used games in order to teach primary children addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. My teaching styles are fun and enjoyable which will make children remember things for a longer period of time. I believe past paper questions and doing questions is the best way to excel in maths.
