Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well.
I am a medicine applicant who has an offer from King’s College London and I am looking to tutor part-time.
If your child requires tutoring for GCSEs , or A-levels I have 2 years experience in tutoring students maths , biology and chemistry.
I have received 7 9’s in my GCSEs and 3 8’s, and I am predicted A*A*A in maths , biology and chemistry. I am aware that being taught by a younger tutor may not seem ideal, but I believe that having a smaller age gap helps students and tutors to connect which in turn better helps students understand the content. The best way to teach someone is to firstly create a comfortable learning environment where the student isn’t afraid to ask questions that they might think is too silly, in my lessons I make sure that the atmosphere is calm and relaxed to help my student feel comfortable and confident when asking for help.
My previous students have ended up receiving 8’s and 9’s from 6’s and 7’s. And my year 12 students have received the predicted grades they need for their university and course of choice.
I tutor 1-to-1 either online on zoom or in person.

Experience: Currently I tutor privately as well as in a tuition centre.
•I’ve been teaching a student since year 11 , she is now in year 13. She was getting 6’s and 7’s in biology and chemistry and she ended up getting 9’s and 8’s
•I work at a tuition centre with groups of primary school and GCSE students where we frequently do past paper questions
• Another one of my students was struggling to meet the predicted grades required by her university course l, with a little help she managed to reach it!
