I spent over 15 years in the corporate world before being diagnosed with Graves` Disease, an autoimmune condition. Determined to heal without lifelong medication, I made profound changesreducing stress by stepping away from the corporate desk to study yoga, transforming my diet, and moving to a quieter town closer to nature. Today, I am completely medicine-free.
Becoming a yoga teacher feels like my true calling. Training in India for my 200-hour certification was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I have also completed a 50-hour Yoga for Cancer Recovery course, which has deepened my approach to teaching. I continue to expand my knowledge, both in theory and practiceI maintain a daily asana practice and am currently completing an extensive experiential anatomy course.
Availability: I start my mornings with my own yoga practice, so Im generally available from 10 AM onwards each day. I prioritise a healthy work-life balance and keep Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off, except for my Sunday afternoon online restorative yoga (which youre always welcome to join!).
I go to bed early so I can wake up early for my practice. 😊; I keep my availability as up-to-date and flexible as possible so we can find a time that works for Youhelping you build the well-being routine youre looking for.

Experience: One of my favourite things about working with individuals is the ability to personalise each programme to suit their unique needs. Depending on your goals, yoga can offer a range of benefitsfrom enhancing athletic performance and supporting a healthier lifestyle to addressing specific concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, better ageing, MS, or complementary therapy for healing (e.g. cancer, physical or mental conditions). The key is using the right tools for you.
Well begin with a complimentary consultation call to discuss your goals and get to know each other. Our sessions will be planned in blocks of five, with personalised sequences that evolve each week based on your progress. Each session lasts between 4075 minutes, depending on your needs. These sequences will be shared with you, empowering you to continue your practice at home.
No previous experience or flexibility is requiredyoga is truly for everyone. I primarily work with individuals aged 2160 who are committed to making a change in their lives and exploring yogas many benefits.
