I am a qualified secondary school teacher, holding a PGCE in Secondary Physics and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I have extensive experience teaching in UK secondary schools, alongside providing private tuition to students both in the UK and internationally.

I specialise in KS3 Maths and Science, as well as GCSE and iGCSE Maths and Physics. My teaching approach is friendly, patient and encouraging, with a strong emphasis on building confidence, developing a solid understanding of key concepts and helping students achieve their academic potential.

I recognise that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit their individual needs, abilities and academic goals. My aim is to make even the most challenging topics clear, accessible and engaging, creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their understanding and making progress.

Above all, I want my students to feel more confident in their abilities and approach their studies with a positive attitude towards learning.

Availability: Monday to Friday between 4PM and 8PM

Experience: I am an experienced, fully qualified secondary school teacher with a strong background in teaching Maths and Science in UK secondary schools, specialising in Physics. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Combined STEM (Physics major), a PGCE in Secondary Physics and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Alongside my classroom teaching experience, I have provided personalised one-to-one tuition to students both in the UK and internationally. My tutoring experience covers KS3 Maths and Science, GCSE and iGCSE Maths and Physics, as well as supporting students following international curricula.

I have worked with students across a wide range of abilities, from those requiring additional support with fundamental concepts to those looking to strengthen their knowledge and improve their examination performance.

My experience in both classroom teaching and private tuition has given me a strong understanding of the challenges students face when learning Maths and Physics. I use this experience to identify gaps in understanding, explain difficult concepts clearly and help students develop effective problem-solving and examination techniques.

Above all, I aim to provide structured, supportive and engaging lessons that help students make measurable progress and become more confident, independent learners.
