Hello 👋; I`m Lily. I`ve been tutoring Maths at all levels for over 10 years. As a tutor, I believe it`s important that I build a good relationship with my students so that they come to lessons in the right mind set and are able to get the most out of the time we have together. I do this by bringing my enthusiasm for Maths to our lessons (but don`t worry - I don`t always expect that enthusiasm to be matched!) and I do my best to make our lessons fun and engaging.

I studied Maths at university and am currently working as a Software Developer so can bring this practical application to life, always having an answer to the question "why do I need to know this?".

I`m well equipped for online tutoring (thanks, covid) as well as face to face. I`m based in Welwyn Garden City and am happy for you to come to me, or I can come to you. I should include the disclaimer that I do have a very friendly cocker spaniel but he can be shut away if you`re not a doggy person.
