I am an Accountant and have been teaching since childhood, my parents being teachers, teaching is in my blood and I am passionate about it. My academic bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering involved higher level Maths and this was quite a memorable experience. Also my Financial Management MSc degree here in UK involved mathematics from a very different perspective.
I am a philosopher of teaching. At the same time, I believe that different students have different needs and I am flexible and adaptable to different type of needs. Maths tricks and memory techniques interest me and I impart them to my students to help save valuable time in exams.
I believe in making students do rigorous homework and do the homework themselves. My aim lies in making students work independently in the long run without the need of a tutor. To excel in Maths, practice is key. My previous students have successfully secured A*s and As at A GCSEs and A Levels.

Experience: Teaching since childhood. I formally started teaching in UK at schools in the London Borough of Barnet and Walthamstow in Jan 2004. I have been tutoring privately since 2004. I can teach all Maths levels from KS3 upto A levels including Mechanics and Statistics (New Syllabus). My core strengths are A level pure Maths and GCSE Mathematics.

I`ve been under tutoring of Jimit Sir for more than 3 years now, and I have seen immense progress, not just in my maths skills, but also my self confident in the subject as well as other academic skills. I was predicted a grade 5 for GCSE Mathematics at the start of Year 10, but after two years of Tutoring with Jimit Sir, I received a Grade 9 at the end of GCSE and also took examinations for GCSE Further Maths in which i attained an A*. I am currently studying A Level Mathematics, Economics and ICT , and under the tutoring of Jimit Sir. Currently in my final year of A-Level, I am predicted an A* for the subject. Jimit Sir not just help you understand the subject thoroughly, but also gives real-life examples which helps a student obtain deeper knowledge. Along with help for Mathematics, Jimit Sir also helps you with other subjects and future career goals which i have personally found really inspiring. He supports you in keeping a balance between maths and all other subjects, and provides the right guidance needed for the best possible grades along with an improvements in self confidence. Overall, Jimit Sir has been an exceptional help for the past 3 years, and i would recommend this tutor to anyone who is looking to excel in Mathematics.
