I am a recent Biology BSc graduate (First Class Honours) and have been a keen scientist throughout school, sixth form college and university, where I have enjoyed sharing this interest with others. During my studies I have developed strong academic skills and exam technique, which I can share with my students. These skills led me to achieve 3 A*s in Triple Science GCSE (Biology, Physics, Chemistry), A* Maths GCSE, 3 A*s (Biology, Chemistry, Maths) and an A (Physics) at A Level, and a First Class Honours Biology BSc.

Availability: I have availability during daytime and evenings across the week.

Experience: I have tutored biology, chemistry, physics and maths since 2017 at different levels to various students, working together to achieve their goals.

I think it is important to discuss what a student wants to achieve, methods of learning they find the most effective and enjoyable, and their areas of interest and areas requiring improvement. We can then use this information to work together in a focused way to achieve the student`s goals - whether this is increased subject grades, specific upcoming exams, or general scientific understanding and curiosity - through discussion, worked examples/questions, and taking the extra time that is often unavailable during school to go into detail tackling the student`s specific questions and issues.
