Currently studying CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser). I did ACCA and also did Masters in finance from University of Glasgow, having over 9 years practical experience gained through working in financial sectors.

I have also over 7 years experience in tutoring corporate finance, management accounting, financial accounting and taxation.

I do understand that a lot of students having difficulties with Corporate Finance (NPV, IRR, Capital Market, right issues, Shares and bonds valuation and Derivatives), Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, financial reporting and taxation.
