I am a published children`s book author and illustrator who has been tutoring for three years, and previously worked as a primary school teaching assistant. I specialise in both art teaching and primary school tutoring: early years and SEN tutoring and support. I have a nurturing approach and I pride myself on being able to build a great teacher - student relationship.

I hold a Masters Degree from Cambridge School of Art, and have three years experience tutoring with excellent references, and two years working in schools as a teaching assistant and LSA.

I tutor
-Art and Design, Drawing, Illustration and Photoshop from primary to GCSE / adult learner / vocational .
-Primary early years to Ks2: Literacy, Numeracy, SPAG (spelling and grammar), EFL (English as a Foreign Language), Reading, Phonics, SATs and 11 plus.

Experience: I have tutored for three years alongside writing and illustrating children`s books, and hold two years experience as a teaching assistant in early years, Ks1 and Ks2, working one to one with SEND students, and teaching core subjects and learning interventions to groups. I previously ran a children`s art clubs and parties business before returning to education to undertake a masters degree. I now tutor ages 5 - adult and run children`s book workshops at literary festivals, libraries and bookshops, and make regular schools visits as a visiting author.
