Information about Ava
I am an extremely patient individual who has a passion for teaching others. I love motivating my students to do their best even if it requires that little bit of extra attention and time. I try my best to explain the material in a variety of ways depending on what is best suited for my students as well as encouraging independence, allowing students to be more effective learners by realising they can achieve their own goals! I ensure that my students leave every lesson feeling accomplished and encouraged.
Availability: Monday to Friday anytime and available on weekends
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have been tutoring for 4-5 years at a tutorial centre teaching English, Maths and Science to children from years 3 to 6, GCSE and A-level. Due to my training I am up to date with the new specification of exams as well as all primary school requirements. I am currently a student at Cardiff University and during my time I have also tutored university students complex statistics and psychological theories from a variety of modules.
