I am an experienced French and Spanish teacher, MFL Curriculum Leader and senior school leader with ten years of private tutoring experience. I teach languages from KS3 to A level, with particular expertise in GCSE French and Spanish, and I have previously worked as an AQA marker. This gives me a detailed understanding of the knowledge, skills and exam techniques pupils need to make progress.

My lessons are friendly, structured and tailored to the individual student. I help pupils strengthen their grammar and vocabulary, improve their confidence in speaking and writing, and understand exactly how to approach GCSE examination tasks. I am equally comfortable supporting a pupil who is struggling with the foundations or helping an ambitious student work towards the highest grades.
