Hi, having achieved 4A* at A-level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry, I am now a third year undergraduate studying Physics at Oxford. I have tutored since September 2020 and so now have over two years of experience in KS3 to A-level Maths and Physics tutoring, as well as Oxbridge entrance exams. Sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, which can be discussed before tuition begins. I want my students to understand things, not just rote learn, so sessions will be a mix of discussion and doing some questions to solidify understanding.

Availability: Lessons will take place on line via Skype/Google Meets.

Experience: I tutored throughout my gap year before starting university and have over 160 hours of experience. I was part of a pupil mentor group at school and helped many fellow peers with their science and maths. I have tutored various different levels in both maths and physics, varying from KS3 to university admissions. At university, I also have done a module called Teaching Physics in Schools which is effectively the first part of a PGCE - I took part in seminars discussing teaching techniques, as well as going into a local school and observing lessons for 4 days. This has helped me learn a lot about the small details of teaching.
