I have over 20 years teaching experience in secondary schools and I have been a private tutor for the last three. I understand that many students who seek extra support lack confidence, and I work hard to ensure that my lessons are tailor-made to meet each student’s needs and that they are enjoyable and worthwile.
I love teaching, and find individual tutoring very rewarding.

Availability: School hours Monday - Friday.

Experience: During my 20 years of teaching on secondary schools, I was an Assistant Headteacher for 4 years, a Head of Department for 10 years and an Advanced Skills Teacher for 2 years.
In the last 3 years, I have worked as a private, individual tutor to a variety of students, preparing home-schooled students for their GCSEs successfully, and supporting A level students to achieve their very best.
