There is nothing better than knowing that your child is receiving high quality tuition from a patient and supportive teacher.

I am passionate about building children`s confidence through praising their achievements. However, I also stretch my students` education, furthering their understanding in areas that require development. This is more important than ever given the gap in education that our children encountered this year due to Covid-19. I am an approachable, kind person who likes to make learning fun and engaging. I can structure our sessions based on your child`s learning style e.g. using physical resources to support more practical learners or using singing for those who dislike writing.

Through working with children for ten years, I understand that it can be difficult for their individual needs to be met in the classroom. This is why I assess the children during the first tuition session to identify any gaps in their learning and find ways to challenge them in areas that they strive in. We will then work through these personalised targets and create new ones when these are achieved.

Availability: I am available on the following days (both online and in person):

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00pm.

However, please contact me if you require tuition on a different day and I will try my best to accommodate this.

Experience: Having achieved a first class degree in Primary Education, I have been teaching for eight years. I have taught across a range of year groups (from Reception to Year 5). During this time, I have gained a strong understanding of the curriculum and KS2 assessments (SATs).
