My name is Stuart, I`m married and have a son who is studying at the University of Indiana in the United States. Nine years ago, after a long career in Law Enforcement, I switched careers to teaching, a move I have never regretted.

Outside of school my wife and I are keen walkers and we often take our holidays in the French Alps or Scotland. I am also a very keen cyclist.

As a teacher I have an excellent record at both GCSE and A level. I enjoy working with students of all abilities from students on the D to C boundary up to those who are aiming for an Astar. In June 2013 all of my students in my year 11 class achieved a grade A or better.

Availability: Monday, Thursday and Friday after 5pm.
Saturdays after 2pm.
I am prepared to travel short distances if this is the most convenient option for all concerned however I would prefer students to come to me for tuition.

Experience: I am a highly experienced Mathematics teacher and I am currently teaching in a local Grammar school. I teach the full range of secondary mathematics, including KS3, GCSE, A level, Further Mathematics A level and the International Baccalaureate.
I also have several successful years experience of private tuition.
