My academic background:
I have completed an MPhil in MRI Image Analysis based at Liverpool University, MARIARC Centre.
And then a PhD in optics and nanomaterials at Cranfield University.
Subsequent to these studies, I have completed two postdoctoral posts at Cambridge University in the Physics Department and Engineering Departments. The first was in the subject of experimental quantum computation and the second in high frequency nanotube devices.

In the last seven years I have taught a total of 1000 hours mostly in mathematics to children aged between 6 and 16 (KS2, KS3 and KS4).
I have also taught Physics to GSCE students and A-level students (KS4, KS5).
Additionally, I have taught GCSE Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
